  1. Educate your people (participants) about 360 and what is it for before getting them involved.

  2. Use 360 to help and improve your people not a way of penalizing them.

  3. Assure your people that the system is completely confidential.

  4. Before sending out your survey, email your respondents and let them know that you are going to send a survey and how important it is that they complete it correctly.

  5. Find a person with influencial to champion and lead your cause of 360 feedback.

  6. Don't use 360 if you have less than three respondents.
